Weight: 12 3/4 ounces / Size: 10 1/2 inches

Changes in mother

Your breasts will become larger and heavier and more sensitive to touch from the start. Fat deposits increase and new milk ducts develop. The areola around the nipples becomes darker and small nodules called Montgomery's tubers appear there.

It's good you know...

It's a good time to start classes in some childbirth preparation course. You're already halfway there. Learning as much as you can about labor and babies will help you feel more at ease, especially if you are a first-timer. You may have constipation. Drink more water or fruit juice, eat more fiber foods (like cereal and oatmeal), and exercise.
