Changes in mother
You will notice more and more Braxton Hicks contractions that occur throughout the pregnancy at irregular intervals and of very short duration, but at this time they start to be more frequent and you may feel stronger contractions during this month. You may have trouble sleeping because you are uncomfortable. Try putting several pillows under your head and back.
