Changes in mother
The time has come, this is the moment I've been waiting for. Your child is ready to go out into the world and you will be the one to teach him and help him in all situations of his life. Good luck! It is important that you know the process of birth, the dilations and the changes you will experience.
It's good you know...
As your baby is wedged in your pelvis, the bladder is very compressed, resulting in frequent visits to the bathroom. A sign of labor, the rupture of the amniotic sac, can occur at any time. Some women experience a large outflow of fluid from the genitals, while others feel a steady stream when the sac is broken. If you think your sac has ruptured or you are experiencing regular contractions, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
How will you know if you are in labor? Uterine contractions become regular and increasingly intense and frequent. They occur more than five times in an hour. They last from 30 to 70 seconds. They get worse if you move.
