Do you know what an ultrasound is? It is a way in which you can recognize the state of your baby, your doctor will help you identify the heartbeat and small movements of his head and limbs.

Changes in mother
You may crave some foods or dislike others that you normally like. You may feel nauseous from the pregnancy. Some of the symptoms you may be feeling now include heartburn, if you want to fight it don't eat too much and avoid foods that are heavy for you. Remember that your body keeps changing. Know the physical changes your body is going through.
It's good you know...
Drink at least six to eight glasses of water, juice or milk per day.
You will undergo a series of tests and controls, including weight and blood pressure control, at your doctor's appointments. You will also have an external abdominal exam to check the size and position of the fetus and a urine test.
The doctor will recommend prenatal lab tests, you can have them now.
